Perfect for Valentine's Day :)
This pie only has 4 ingredients and it was super easy to make! So if you are preparing a fancy dinner, this dessert will fit right in.
Ingredients
Graham Cracker Crust (premade or homemade, I don't have a good homemade recipe at this time)
A bag of frozen strawberries
1 package of Strawberry Jello mix
Chocolate Almond Bark
1/3 cup of water
Directions
1. Microwave the bag of strawberries for about 3 minutes.
2. While the strawberries are being microwaved, boil the water and dissolve the jello mix
3. When the strawberries are done microwaving, do not open the bag, but smash the bag with your hands to make the strawberries mushy. Then add the strawberries to the pan the jello is in.
4. Mix the strawberries and jello together and pour into the graham cracker crust. Refrigerate up to 1 hour or overnight.
5. When the pie is done setting, melt 2 squares of almond bark in a ziploc bag(about 30 seconds) in the micro.
6. When the bark is done melting, snip off a corner of the baggie and squeeze out the chocolate to decorate the pie to your hearts desire!
